More about Cyndi

Cyndi has 20 years experience as a licensed California attorney, registered to practice with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). As an attorney and engineer with her own patent portfolio, Cyndi expertly guides individuals and major corporations through their IP and contract needs. Cyndi’s practice spans patents, trademarks, brand protection, and technology-related legal strategies. She provides comprehensive trademark and brand management services, including international trademark portfolio development, digital brand protection, strategic use of the Madrid Protocol, and copyright and trade dress protection. She also advises on domain name protection and recovery under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).

In patent and technology protection, Cyndi is highly skilled in international patent portfolio development, enforcement, and monetization. She works with clients to develop and safeguard trade secret portfolios, ensuring the identification and categorization of proprietary assets for competitive advantage.

Beyond traditional IP services, Cyndi facilitates brainstorming sessions for global cross-functional teams, helping clients identify gaps in their IP landscape, capture technical innovations, and develop strategic IP acquisition plans. She also conducts IP due diligence to support business transactions and competitive positioning.

Cyndi earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude from Pepperdine University. Ms. Price earned her M.S. in Engineering from Stanford University and her B.S. in Engineering from University of California, Irvine.
